Welcoming | My Peace | Rev. Jon Berquist |
ONE: All have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God; yet God is merciful as well as just, quick to hear and to forgive. Let us then boldly confess our sins before God: ALL: Holy God of grace and joy, you have created us for joy; but we often focus on worry, fearing what might be rather than rejoicing in what is. We think about what we want, rather than rejoicing in what we have. For these and every way we sin against you, we ask your forgiveness. |

Life of the Church | Away in a Manger - Spillman | Elizabeth Morgan |
ONE: Christ was born for us. Christ lived for us. Christ died for us. Christ rose for us. Friends, hear and believe the good news of the gospel: in Jesus Christ we are forgiven. ALL: Hallellujah! Amen! |
||
Passing of the Peace | Joyful, Joyful, We Adore Thee | Congregarion |
Our Father who art in Heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done on earth, as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors, and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For thine is the Kingdom and the power and the glory, forever. Amen. |
